Repeat Prescriptions and Food Orders.

In order for us to be able to fill your prescription the following criteria must apply:

• Your pet has been seen in the last 3-12 months (this time varies depending on your pet’s condition).

• The veterinarian has indicated that a repeat prescription is authorized.

• You are a client of Gibsons Veterinary Hospital

Please note prescriptions will be ready for collection within 72 hours from receiving the completed form. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be ready for collection the following Tuesday.

Any compounded medications that have been specially tailored for your pet can take up to 10 days to arrive from the time of order.

Prescriptions should be paid for at the time of collection from the practice. Certain prescriptions we do not normally carry in stock, will be required to be paid for at the time of ordering (we will contact you for payment once your refill has been authorized).
